Project

Leveraging our experience in Pennsylvania, we work in coordination with our consortium partners to help rural healthcare providers and their communities explore and implement strategies that drive improvements in the following priority areas:

  1. Access to care, including mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorder.

  2. Workforce recruitment and retention

  3. Transitions to value-based care efforts

To provide comprehensive and impactful technical assistance,  our Consortium works collaboratively to assess key needs using data-driven approaches. Based on these needs, we then develop targeted assistance plans.

We pride ourselves on forming meaningful relationships with all of our partners and stakeholders, recognizing that this sets the foundation for success in all aspects of our work. As our Consortium provides services in the Northern Border Region, we are committed to getting to know and understand the unique needs of each community we serve.
